Our chocolates are handcrafted on the premises, using original recipes created by chocolatier Patrick Smets.
Patrick uses Michel Cluizel and Valrhona chocolate as his base, skillfully combining single origin chocolates and blends with hand-picked ingredients, both fresh and preserved, to create the best tasting treats possible.
Freshness is imperative to a great tasting chocolate, which is why we limit our production to small batches.
